Tom Sardo |

Community Outreach Director

As a 20+ year Loudoun resident, Tom is excited to see a professional soccer team come to the area. Playing youth soccer with organizations such as LYSA and Ashburn Soccer Club, as well as High School ball, he is familiar with the widespread soccer culture in the area. Tom is looking forward to partnering with the community to build this culture even further and make our boys proud that they represent us in the USL.

Mike Dow | Secretary

Mike was born in Harar, Ethiopia, and moved to Chevy Chase, MD, as a young child. He grew up playing MSI soccer and enjoyed going to Orioles / Redskins games with his father. After graduating from GW, Mike moved to Arlington, VA, began his career working in IT, and ultimately settled down in Leesburg in 2010. Mike sees Loudoun United’s welcome presence in the community as a force for good, bringing people together through their common love for soccer, and also as a means of helping to support and give back to that community. You can find him in the Supporters’ Section cheering on the team and occasionally banging the drum, or maybe even on the sidelines taking pictures.

Lindsey RoivaS | Sales and Merchandise

Born and raised in Loudoun County, only having moved away to go to college in North Carolina, Lindsey knew she always wanted to come back to Loudoun to begin her career. After working for Loudoun County Parks and Recreation and graduating college, she began working as an elementary teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools. Lindsey loves how excited her students become when they tell her about their weekend sporting events, and she is excited that Loudoun Stampede & Loudoun United, will offer more recreational outing options for kids in the area. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys the great outdoors and living in Western Loudoun with her husband and two dogs.

Doug Jones

(Former COO)

Doug grew up in West Texas playing that other kind of football including High School ball for Odessa Permian of Friday Night Lights fame. After graduating from the US Naval Academy, Doug was commissioned a Marine, with Field Artillery as his field of choice. Following a "hardship" tour in Hawaii with his lovely new bride, a tour at the Marine Barracks at 8th & I brought him back to the mid-Atlantic. Soccer, rugby, marathons, and chasing kids kept him busy for the next 21 years, including coaching both kids through 14 seasons of soccer. Getting in on the ground floor of a new team and fan club is an exciting challenge, and we can't wait to make the Stampede a recognized force at home and away!
